Additional
Information about the Print
The
etching could date from either 1930 or 1934,
as I suspect this is also a Christmas commission
from Francis H Crittall, and currently I do not
have titles for the years 1930 and 1934.
Other
titles, all London views generally with a new
building, commissioned by the Crittall family
are:
- Fleet
Street (EH-L 163), 1931
- The
Thames from Southwark Bridge (EH-L 167), 1932
- The
Circus, Piccadilly (EH-L 169), 1933
- ?Corner
of Berkeley Square (EH-L 175), 1935
- Marsham
Street, Westminster (EH-L 176), 1936
- Changing
London-Euston Road at St Pancras (EH-L 178),
1937
- The
Quadrangle, Bart's Hospital (EH-L
179), 1938
All except The
Circus are included in the exhibition. |
